Millington Athletics is pleased to announce Brandon Weakman as the new varsity baseball coach. Weakman graduated from Sanford Meridian in 2003 before continuing his playing career at Muskegon Community College. He joined Millington’s baseball staff as the junior varsity coach last spring and is entering his second season as the Cardinals’ varsity girls basketball coach. Weakman also brings several years of youth baseball coaching experience. “Coaching varsity baseball has always been a dream of mine,” Weakman said. “I hope to continue the path Coach Dipzinski has laid for the program.” Brandon and his wife, Tera, have two children at Millington High School.
