Cardinals News · Millington lands 4 on All-Conference teams


SAGINAW – Tri-Valley coaches recently gathered at Valley Lutheran High School to choose the post-season all-conference teams.  The Millington boys’ basketball team was well represented on the teams.  The Cardinals ended up with two players making the first team and two players receiving honorable mention.

Ethan Brady was selected as a first-team pick by the coaches.  During his district winning senior campaign, Brady is averaging 19.1 points per game, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game.  Brady has 64 three-pointers this year and 126 in his career.

Junior Zac Yorke was Millington’s second first-team selection.  Yorke is scoring 15.5 points, grabbing 8.7 rebounds, and dishing out 3.8 assists per game.  He is also shooting 46.7% from the floor.

District-final hero Bradyn Henderson was an honorable mention pick.  The senior is averaging 6.0 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.

Senior Drew Germain rounds out Millington’s all-conference selections as he was also an honorable mention pick.  Germain is averaging 4.9 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.

Along with Brady and Yorke, the first-team in the Tri-Valley East included Bridgeport’s Markele Garrett and Sirquarius Ball, Garber’s Jacob Denham, and Carrollton’s Jaylien Curry.
