The Tri-Valley East coaches met this past weekend and picked their annual All-Conference teams. The Millington girls’ basketball team had three ladies receive post-season recognition.
Senior forward Hannah Hall was a 1st team all-conference selection according to the coaches of the Tri-Valley East. Hall a senior finishes her Millington career as a two-time 1st team selection. She ranks 7th in Millington history in scoring with 736 points and 1st in blocked shots with 86. Hall is a member of Millington’s 500 point-500 rebound club. Hall joins Sarah Miller and Kasey Landon of Birch Run, Kelynn Kujat of Frankenmuth, Ellie Klein of Garber, and Bri’Aira Burton of Bridgeport on the 1st team.
Senior forward Elizabeth Selich was a 2nd team all-conference selection. Selich finishes her career as a two-time 2nd team selection. Selich is a member of Millington’s 500 point-500 rebound club. She joins Brooklin Karwat of Frankenmuth, Hannah Jatczek of Garber, Emmaly Miller of Birch Run, Janel Ruhlman of North Branch, and Destiny Manly of Bridgeport on the 2nd team.
Senior guard Sydney Olmstead was an honorable mention all-conference selection. Olmstead finishes her four-year career with 97 three-point shots. She is joined by Kendall Wilson of North Branch, Phoenix Stricker of Birch Run, McKenzie Smith and Ellie Hornbacher of Caro, Claire Breinager of Frankenmuth, and Jordyn Foret of Garber on the honorable mention team.
